I just received shipment of the Gen 2 WiFi less than an hour ago and my first meal is in the bath. I was considering a Joule, but reading about all the connectivity issues, I opted for the Anova. If I had problems with wifi, I wouldn't be stuck with a $200 paper weight as the Joule has no on-board manual controls.
Connection went easy-peasy. I am looking forward to a pork tenderloin cooked with salt, pepper, rosemary and elephant garlic. Cooking at 140 F for two hours.
I enjoy reading what you all have to say and have learned valuable tips from you.
Thanks to all!
