Bought the APO in mid DEC, at the time the website said shipment begins in FEB. Now 8 days in to FEB and still haven’t heard a word from Anova. This has to be the most basic question, but I don’t see it anywhere. How do I clear the display when the oven is not in use? It has the settings from the last cook mode. Surely I’ve missed something simple. First use on steam setting and my door seal seems to have failed - in addition to condensation in between the door glass panes, there is at least a tablespoon of water in there. Water tank cracks in bottom front. I imagine this is where the steam is coming from and creating a high humidity high temp stress for the plastic. Perhaps new design is needed for steam exhaust.
