Whilst I saw this when it was put onto the site I didn’t check it out, having time to do so I’m at a loss as to those “diddy” containers that would sit in the well (7 cm height wasn’t it)?
Are small “parfait” jars able to sit loose topped & vacuum created upon release can we simply flip the metal catch? I’m curious as to how far we can take these things if at all (nuances of vacuum I suppose)
Also, what size hunk of meat can we put in there, it’s not overly clear currently.

Please update.

& when are the first shipments guesstimated landing in europe et al?

Cheers.
