# A very basic question, how do I use this?

Hi,

I am lost. I bought this because of all the functionality with this oven. I’ve had it four days and all I’ve done so far is bake sweet potatoes!

Is there a “How to . . . air fry? or Sous vide? or broil?” set of directions somewhere I am missing?

I simply want to roast a whole chicken. I’ve looked through the recipes and see many wonderful recipes, I don’t see one for this.

Sorry if this is too basic of a question or if I’ve missed a “How to Cook Different Foods with Anova Precision Oven” but I’m stuck.
