Wow! &nbsp;So you cooked it in your sous vide, but then finished it on a charcoal BBQ? &nbsp;That’s one thing about charcoal - the incredible flavours that you get in the meat. &nbsp;How would you say the flavouring compares to a steak that had only been done on charcoal?
