# Anova ove 2.0 dead on buy, anova support is ignoring me

Hello my oven 2.0 is dead from day 1 . Support is not responding, they drag it out for 20+ days and now seemingly blocked me after I created 2 new tickets which got merged in my old one. They do not reply to me, I have emailed all their channels, CEO.. but nothing happens. They scammed me out of 1100 euro. This company is a scam company do not buy their products!
