# Anova Oven Failure

After some operating the oven for some time, the Anova Oven 2.0 will stop functioning. After restart, it failed again. I had to unplug and wait for a long time to get it working again. I email the support and there is no response from them. I don’t know how I can get the support to fix the problem.
