Am I the only one that the fan is making noise and rattle at low and medium speed ? Thanks. ---

I have the same problem. The oven has a loud pulsating knocking sound when the fan speed is set to low or medium, sometimes in Off setting also. Contacted support, they are replacing the oven. It is going back today. ---

I’ve had my oven for about six weeks now… love it! But my fan is starting to be pretty noisy now, too… seems to be noisy, then quiet for 30 seconds, then noisy again… a lot more noisy than it was up till now, so I don’t think it’s normal or else it wouldn’t be a new thing… Thoughts? ---

I got mine yesterday and it’s making that loud thumping sound when the fan is on low or medium as well. Ugh. ---

I’ve had my oven since lost year. Within the first 2 months, when turned on the fan sounded like it was trying to work properly but impeded somehow? After about a minute something “lets go” and all of a sudden it sounds okay… if you slap the side of the oven, this makes the noise stop, which tells me it’s definitely mechanical. I only had the APO for less then 2 months and the fan is making really loud noise that seems to go from very loud to quiet. I have emailed support twice and its been a week with no response. ---

I’ve found that resending the original message after a week got a response quite quickly. I think they must be very busy. I told them my problem and after receiving my S/N, there was a return UPS label in the next email. So, while they are slow at the moment, they will respond. ---

For some unkown reason my APO fan stopped making noise on yesterdays cook session. I checked to make sure it was working/spinning and it was. I will check it again in a few days to see if it was a fluke, or if it somehow fixed itself.( no idea how that’s possible )
