# Anova Precision Cooker WIFI help

Hi,  
I bought the latest Anova Precision Cooker and it was working great for about 5 or so cooks.  
Now it won’t connect to the WIFI.  
I have tried the steps shown but have a question regarding password and SSID.  
Can these have uppercase, numbers and special symbols etc?
