I’m hoping someone knows a good recipe. A a friend of my husband gave him a couple of antelope steaks and i have never cook wild game. Thanks in advance

Wow! Does your husbands friend have a pet Lion? First thing I would consider is how to get rid of the adrenaline taste from the final rundown. Seriously though, I would think an antelope is a high muscle creature and would treat it like a deer. I am guessing though as our Publix supermarket doesn’t appear to handle antelope.

princesspea, I’ve never cooked wild game. There was a thread about Moose a few months back. Take a look at this:
