# Any way to turn fan off?

Just received the 2.0 oven. Fan will not turn off. Runs continuously.

What mode? If you are using steam or rear heat the fan must be running.

Anova says it’s a faulty thermostat and is sending a new one. Temperature never gets above 282, regardless of the mode. Unfortunately, I have to pay UPS to come pick it up to return because it is too heavy for me to lift….
