# Bent impeller blade

I’ve had my Anova cooker for 3 weeks now, love it. However, I removed the metal sleeve today (thought I would thoroughly dry it before storing) and discovered that one of the four impeller blades appears to be bent upwards. should it be like this to provide some ‘oscilation’ to the water circulation or is it faulty? if so how do I get this replaced?
