In Australia a good cheepish option the same quality as Cambro is the&nbsp;

and [lid](http://www.nisbets.com.au/vogue-polycarbonate-1-2-gastronorm-container-lid/U245/ProductDetail.raction)&nbsp;$10  

Cambros seem hard to find and ship to Australia.

You will need to cut the lid with a 60mm hole cutter, I think and then a table saw, etc…
