# Bluetooth connection?

Is there any secret to connect to the unit? I’ve tried woth iOS, Android,(ipod, ipads, htc, etc) the bluetooth light blinks but I can’t see it on the list of devices, what am I missing here?

I know there is no Windows app, but I tried connecting with Bluetooth anyway just out of curiousity. Detects device but asks for a Password. Called support and they said there is no password.
I am using a Surface Pro 3 which has Smart Bluetooth
