# Bought 3 Anovas and 2 won't heat hot enough to cook meat

I’ve bought 3 Anova Sous Vides and only 1 works. the other two would not heat beyond 123 degrees and this is after just 2 to 3 uses. Anyone have any advice. They only guarantee their product for 1 month ! Very frustrated and they won’t take a return.

I use Google and there is a chat icon in the lower right corner. When I have tried it I reached a person during working hours in California.
