Hi all, Hi all, Thanks for the previous tips on this recipe. I’ve made the poached potatoes a couple of times now. For Thanksgiving I need to double up on what the recipe calls for. I plan on preparing two sealed bags containing 1 pound each of fingerling potatoes. For two pounds of potatoes, do I double up on the cooking time? If you make sure you do them in a single layer, there’s no need to change the time. ---

No, you don’t need to if you place them right in the pot.
