# Chamber vac settings

I just got the chamber vac and there are zero actual instructions. Where can i find detailed instructions? For instance i went to seal some broth and ended up with it all over the inside with no seal. Come to find out it needed to be cold first. Not sure what setting to do it on.  
Any help greatly appreciated
