# Cooking a while chicken

There are no instructions as to how long and at what temp to cook an entire chicken. Please tell me how to do this. I am very new to this form of cooking.

Not sure that I’d go down the whole chicken route. Most people tend to like their white meat and dark meat handled differently.

Why do it?

Even a spatchcocked chicken will require some compromise in your time and temperature decision.
