# Cooking temp higher than set temp

Hiya!

Issue: My precision oven is frequently cooking over the last two week above set temperature. (I’ve observed temps 5 - 20 degrees over what was set.)

Scenero(Just did it today, but I’ve been having this issue for 2 ish weeks):

- Tank Almost to the Max line
- Sous Vide mode set to 131
- Wait for it to warm up
- The temp on the front is reading 142

A few days ago:

Tank is full to Max line

- Sous Vide mode set to 135
- Warmed up ok
- Put Beef in (temp still ok)
- Came back an hour later and it was cooking at 150

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
