Anova Culinary Request: 990878 DPD deliery failure DPD delivery 641264245  
Anova dispatch placed the wrong address on the chamber vacuum sealer.

The DPD tracking number is 641264245

The unit has been delivered to the wrong address.  
My correct address is per my order #MRKT243357 is:

Simon Jennings

My order has been sent to the wrong address - to resolve this I have been told you need to contact DPD at your end.

They cannot / will not recover and redeliver without you contacting them

Are you sending a replacement unit or arranging recovery / redelivery?

Please get back in touch with me ASAP
