To who it may concern,   
  
My order Number is #179805  
  
I submitted my order at Oct.12 2015.  
It has been a half month and I still have not received it.   
  
I want to know when I can get my order?  
Does anyone can help me?

Lots of threads and comments on this… For what it’s worth, I submitted my order on Sept 3rd and finally cancelled. I think a few people have done the same. Bill has admitted that they’ve (again) done a terrible job with managing the delivery expectations.
