# Display won't turn off and buttons mostly unresponsive

All of a sudden my display won’t turn off or dim. The buttons have become around 90% non-responsive and there is intermittent beeping when the oven isn’t being used. I am having to use the oven through the app. Is there a way to ‘hard reset’ these ovens?
