# Escalope from dutch cow

Did anyone cook escalope? its a common piece of cow meat in the Netherlands but is must be cooked very long time on the stove.  
Would love to hear some

@tvaalst Hmm never sous vide escalope before, but looks like it’s a pretty thin slice of meat. You’d have to make sure not to overcook it. Have you tried cooking it yet?
