# First dish after finally getting my Precision Cooker

I ordered my Precision Cooker on May 29. &nbsp;Unfortunately, it was part of the batch that had shipping problems, &nbsp;When I finally received it I immediately unpacked it and prepared some salmon fillets I had in the fridge. &nbsp;I used the Flaky Miso Salmon recipe on this site and it was delicious! &nbsp;Thanks to Bill at Anova customer support for fixing the shipping issue and for a great product!

Looks good, nice crispy skin as well.
