# First time cook

Just finished my first Sous vide cook.  
Flap steak  
127\* for 1.5 hours  
Then seared on my grill!  
Came out tender and juicy.  
More towards Rare, I wanted medium rare.  
Next time I’ll try 130\* for the same time.
