Cook the veg first , then cool the water down and cook the steak. I always find it best to give the steak a quick sear first, bag, cook and resear just before serving. You can toss the veg back in 15 minutes before the steak is done to warm up again. Enjoy and Happy New Year ---

Lol, I’m back!! As I said about a month ago… I returned my Anova to Costco. And I haven’t missed it one bit. Then yesterday I bought it again 🙂 Gotta love Costco. Same kit but $70 discount.
