# Horrible noise coming from inside the black part

Just recently my Anova immersion cooker started making a horrible noise that comes from inside the black part of the unit. There’s nothing obstructing the flow at all. The noise is coming from inside the unit where the motor is. I’ve used this unit less than 30 hours and it’s already messing up. The noise is so bad I wanted to throw it off my balcony before my food was done cooking. A video of the noise is linked below. Absolutely horrible. Please help!!!

Joe how did they resolve, or have they resolved the issue with your unit mine nano is doing the same
