# I made order 10 days ago and it's still processing

Dear Sir/Madam,  
I made my order 10 days ago.  
The order number is USM1110735.  
So far the status of my order is still “Processing”.  
Isn’t it suppose to be shipped within 1-2 business days?  
My request for support to the support email has no response.

Please help.
