I noticed the feature is back in the app. Question is, does it keep water below 40 by cooling, or just monitor the temp and warn you? I’ll check if there is another article where I can ask more specific questions on cooking with ice bath. ---

It monitors the temperature for you. We do have an article on the ice bath feature if you want to check it out: [https://support.anovaculinary.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004283283-Learn-More-About-Ice-Bath](https://support.anovaculinary.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004283283-Learn-More-About-Ice-Bath) [Previous page](https://community.anovaculinary.com/t/ice-bath-option-in-wifi-app/4058.md?page=2)
