I get a message that “my food is ready” or “the water is ready” when my Anova is turned OFF and has been off for days. I am using WiFi version. If this is not normal, how do I get messages ONLY when the Anova is ON?

No, that’s not normal. I will let our team know about this. By the way, are you using iOS or Android for the app?
