Not sure if I should create a new thread for this. My completely dry, brand new Anova cooker just beeps when I try preheating. The water level is not low and I’ve tried moving it to multiple levels. I’ve tried unplugging as well. There is no steam in the top casing. Nothing seems to be in the coils. I think I just have a faulty unit, and a lot of others do too. It seems obvious you guys have an issue with this. How are you going to make this right? ---
