# Loud buzzing noise from top of head

Please respond to my message, I have called and left message with customer support but no response as of yet. I baught my boyfriend the Anova with WiFi and Bluetooth and he went to go use it today but There is a loud humming or buzzing noise coming from the head of the unit please advise
