# My first generation anova is faulty, the panel is inoperable

My first generation of anova was faulty, the panel could not be operated, and it could not be heated at the same time. Please tell me how to fix it? Or do I have to send it back for repair? I live in Taiwan.

It is well beyond warranty I would think. Contact support.

I understand that the warranty expires. I just want to know if it should be sent back for repair. What is the price? Thank you.
