# Nano 3.0 -problem unpairing to deactivate connection

Hello to all,

I am trying to re-connect Anova Nano 3.0 app to android phone but get message that I need to 're-activate pairing mode, press and hold timer and minus icons on your Nano 3.0 for 10 seconds." I have tried but this does not work. Nothing happens. Any other way to unpair???
