# No sound from oven

Has this happened to anyone else? As of about a week ago the oven now makes no sounds.

Not sure if it’s a setting changed via a firmware update or something has failed.

Appears to be a hardware failure. Oven being replaced.

Frustrating that part of the resolution process was a full reset. Which for some reason made the front buttons not work reliably. This was fixed on my oven by updating to the latest firmware but on the original oven it will no longer update.
