# Oven turned off by itself

I have just got my new oven! As soon as I start cooking, the oven turned off by itself around 2 min. Then, it restarted automatically 3 around 3 min later. Anybody has the similar problem? I am running firmware version 1.4.24.

I believe I have the exact same problem. Also just got this oven a few days ago. The break-in heating cycle worked just fine. And the oven works when I don’t use steam. But if I try and run a cook with steam, the oven shuts off about 1 min after beginning to preheat and then restarts automatically a few min later. Also running firmware version 1.4.24
