# Panel Control Buttons Non Responsive

Hi all,
I got my Anova Precision oven a few days ago and so far so good. All the elements work and it reaches temp fast.
My question is with the panel controls. Is changing the temperature really slow using them? I have been holding down the up and down temperature buttons thinking it would move faster. It doesn’t seem to work like ones I have seen online. 1 second hold is changing only 1 degree. Whilst I understand most of the controls are within the app, I would think you could change the temp fast on without using the app.
