# Panna cotta recipes seem to be missing from here!?

Any reason why panna cotta (with / without gelatin / fruit pectin) fails to make an appearance on anova recipes / in general? it can be a low temp cook / set dessert & is damned similar to many milk, sugar eggs small jar desserts that proliferate here, but none by “Panna cotta” name!?

Thoughts?
