The specs for the oven show both 120v and 240v. When I clicked on order, the only thing that shows up in the cart is 120v. Can this oven operate on either, or do I need to order a 240v version to use it on a 240v outlet?

I have the same question. I would like to know if the over will function properly in the EU.
