# Pro Cooker stops heating - any solutions or tricks to restart to normal operation?

Hi,

My six month old Pro Cooker just thinks suddenly that heating is not important. The water circulates, but it is not heating the water to any temperature.

Did anyone have this error already? Is there any way to reset the cooker? I’m quite upset with such an expensive stuff.

It could be the relay, that relay turns on the heating system. It’s necessary to open thr Anova and change the relay.
