# Problem temperature

Hi, I have a troulbe, the temperature sensor is bad and the anova gets very hot  
the current temperature not is correct, when I turn on the anova show me that the current temperature is about 127ºc this is impossible,My anova not work fine,How I can repair this trouble, or make some reset , O maybe is a problem of a anova’s piece

Definitely sounds like you have a defective unit. You should use the support menu at the top of the page to contact Anova support to look into getting your unit replaced.
