# Problem with anova pro

I recently bought a brand new Anova precision cooker Pro. I have not been able to do is single cooking.

Either if I try to use it manually or with the app, the targeted temperature is constantly decreasing by a 0,5 Celcius and it’s beeping all the time. Foe example, I set a targeted temperature or 50,0 Celcius and the timer. I start the device and the temperature. After a few minutes the targeted temperature is at 47,5 and it continues.

I tried to reset it and all the things that I could find on your site. It doesn’t make it better. I spent 2 nights trying to fix it.
