# Problem with water level sensor

I just bought my Anova precision cooker. I connected and put into the water but emits a continuous sound and on the app I read insufficient water level, but the water level is between Min and Max.
where is the problem?

I responded to a user with the same issue. I wrote up what solved it for me.
I have bought Anovas for friends and family and they haven’t had any issue and mine was too old to get a warranty claim.
