Gahhh sorry about that! I also saw your post on the Facebook group - lots of really helpful responses there. I’d also read the [troubleshooting guide](https://support.anovaculinary.com/hc/en-us/articles/205924616-Precision-Cooker-WI-FI-Connectivity-Troubleshooting).
