# Rapid corrosion Anova pro

I cleaned this up 3 weeks ago. The unit has sat for 1 week unplugged in tap water.(Hard but softened) Obviously a dissimilar metals problem with the clamp or screws. Any advice?

vinegar soak

Never seen deposits s bad that a week in water sounds like a farce.

I was in an extremely hard water area most of my anova ownership since 2015, mine live in pots of water, I clean em ever 6 months or sooner if I have a bag split or similar and the water is funky.. never seen it used for concrete mixing before.
