Do I have to bring my bath back up to temp before adding frozen foods…for example can I put my veggies and steak into bath at room temp water in the morning and at noon wirelessly turn on my anova to a temp just under steaks cooked temp so when I come home both steak and veggies are ready to sear? ---

In theory, yes… I would do a trial run on a day you’re home so you know how long your food takes to thaw. If it thaws too quick, put ice in your bath in the morning so it stays at a safe temp until you’re ready for it to start cooking. ---

You may want ice in the bath first. You risk food borne illness by leaving simply in the room temp water for hours! Anova is re-introducing the ice bath feature in the app, this is exactly what you need!
