# Roasting garlic in the APO

Hi! I need to replenish my roasted garlic stash. Does anyone have a trusted recipe using the APO? I usually drizzle with olive oil and then wrap the heads in foil and roast for an hour to 90 minutes.

Would try the same thing! Just use it as a basic oven for this task, albeit way more precise
