Hi , could anyone give me an idea of how long it might take to warm up a breakfast sandwich here, considering buying one for our cafe- thank you

I don’t think they are made for commercial use but I might be wrong.

Thanks, John. Likely not, but it’s light use in a cafe.

If all you’re using this oven for is heating up breakfast sandwiches in the cafe, I would use the Chefman 12 quart air fryer oven (which I own) amd it’s much less expensive and heats up much faster than the APO. Of course there’s no steam. It’s very small so it heats up super fast and it cooks the food quickly as well and does a great job in my experience.

Thanks for that, I’m just worried it’ll dry out without heating through , or more so making the wraps crunchy

I think making the sandwiches crunchy could be eliminated by wrapping them in foil.
