A few minutes into a cook the other night my first gen unit clicked off and has been unresponsive since. I’ve checked the fuse and it seems fine. Same with cables and connections. What further steps can I take to save it? Is it at all serviceable?

Which one of these do you have? If the fuse is good I have not heard of users servicing them. I have both and they are still working so I have not opened them up.
