When I first got my unit in August 2018, the skirt was snug when installed. Now, it stays loose even after turning it to the normal point. There is clearly a space between the top of the skirt and the head of the unit. Is there supposed to be a bushing at this location? If so, mine must have fallen off. I have been able to continue using the unit by adjusting its position after turning it on and getting the water flowing. With a bit of manipulation, it will run without vibrating. In any case, what can be done about this? Thanks! ---

There’s no bushing. Probably the best thing would be to contact support directly. They’ll help you. ---
